David Michael Lipman

I currently hold the position of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Kanner & Pintaluga. My main responsibilities include overseeing the compliance and ethics of our legal operations, which encompasses all of the firm’s legal departments. I also focus on enhancing the efficiency across various legal departments such as pre-litigation, litigation, property damage, worker’s compensation, and medical malpractice to optimize the firm’s operations. Additionally, I play a crucial role in the strategic growth and development of the business aspects of the firm, including staffing and management oversight to ensure alignment with our business objectives, values, and the successful representation of our clients. Before my tenure at Kanner & Pintaluga, I served as Vice President and Managing Attorney at Fidelity National Law Group, the in-house litigation arm of Fidelity National Title Group, which is the only Fortune 500 title company in the country. There, I managed the day-to-day operations of over 20 attorneys and staff in one of the largest of the 13 offices of Fidelity National Law Group. In 2016, I was honored by The Miami Herald as one of the Top Lawyers in the state. I earned my J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2005 and have been a member in good standing of the Florida Bar since then. Prior to law school, I attended The University of Florida, where I graduated in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration and Management.
