Tereina R. Stidd

I have spent over fifteen years in private practice, working with AM Law Top 100 and 200 firms, mid-sized firms, and boutique law practices. When I had the chance to join the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys (the “Academy”), I didn’t hesitate. The Academy is dedicated to helping attorneys across the country achieve their goals through proven systems, procedures, and workflows. I recognized that my broad range of practical experience would be a valuable asset to me in my role as the Director of Education at the Academy. In my role, I spend my days assisting Member firms with a variety of matters, including structuring estate plans, identifying which sections of the Internal Revenue Code apply to specific transactions, and administering estates and trusts in an efficient manner. These diverse issues keep me well-versed in all aspects of Trusts and Estates while also offering opportunities for growth, development, and collaboration with Academy Members.
