I have always believed in bringing modern technology into the traditional legal field, particularly in the areas of divorce and divorce mediation. As President of Amaral & Associates P.C., a divorce and family law firm, my practice is mainly centered on providing divorce and divorce mediation services, along with post-estate planning services. This includes handling matters such as Divorce, Divorce Mediation, Prenuptial and Post-nuptial Agreements, and Estate Planning. For over 35 years, I have worked on hundreds of cases involving divorce, divorce mediation, property, support, custody and parental rights, ante-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and complex financial issues. My experience includes negotiating, mediating, and representing clients in trials before the Commonwealth Courts, where I have consistently secured favorable outcomes. Additionally, I hold certification in Divorce Mediation within the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
