Amanda Demanda

Amanda Demanda did not take a straight path to law. She studied broadcast journalism, worked in marketing, and then made a decision that changed everything: she would be the first attorney in her family. No roadmap, no one to call. She went to law school because she wanted to give the Hispanic community something most firms were not offering — real access to the legal system from someone who actually understood it. She founded Amanda Demanda Injury Lawyers nearly a decade ago and has since grown the firm to serve clients across Florida, Texas, and beyond. The firm works exclusively on contingency, meaning clients pay nothing unless they win. Her record of recognition is extensive. She is a 2026 Super Lawyer and held the Rising Stars distinction every year from 2021 through 2025. She has won multiple Golden Gavel Awards from the National Trial Lawyers Association across several categories, and was named one of South Florida's Top 22 Mujeres Mega Exitosas in 2024. Miami-Dade Favorites has recognized her firm as Best Personal Injury Law Firm three years in a row. The Cuban American Bar Association named her Board Member of the Year, and in 2026 she begins her term as President of the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association. She is bilingual in English and Spanish and is licensed in Florida, Texas, Washington, Nebraska, and Arizona.
