Larry Harris

Larry N. Harris is an experienced civil litigator. While having represented clients in all types of cases, his current practice focuses on injury law. He enjoys representing clients whose lives have been disrupted by injuries as a result of an accident. In his personal injury practice, he helps victims and their families rebuild their financial lives after suffering injuries caused by others. He also counsels clients and litigates cases involving commercial injury, intellectual property, business torts, and insurance coverage issues, among others. Larry is familiar with all aspects of insurance law that may provide sources of compensation for those who have suffered injuries, damages and losses caused by another, or that can provide coverage for clients who are defending themselves in cases brought against them. He recognizes that resolutions short of court proceedings are often in the best interest of the client and strives to achieve an early favorable resolution. When that is not possible or advantageous, he is experienced in all phases of trial preparation, discovery and motions practice. Larry has successfully conducted well over 100 jury trials, in addition to numerous trials to the court, arbitrations and mediations in his career. He is also experienced in appellate practice.
