Alison "Tex" Clark

I am a federal criminal defense specialist with over 26 years of experience fighting government prosecutions and demanding fair treatment for my clients. I approach federal criminal cases and concerns as a problem solver who draws upon a deep knowledge of the federal court system while using specialized research skills, investigations and current technology. Cases involving narcotics investigations, financial issues, political protest activity and witness representation are some of my specialty areas. I have been honored to assist fellow attorneys who need advice related to federal investigations and have also represented professional clients in healthcare, finance and business. Within my federal practice, I assist clients with consultations, grand jury subpoenas, target letters, case assessments, privacy concerns, arraignments, motions to dismiss, trials, federal supervised release issues and specialized sentencing expertise. I am also a nationally recognized trainer and faculty contributor through a number of criminal defense organizations and the Administrative Office of the United States Courts.
