Myles H. Alderman Jr. is a founding member of Alderman & Alderman and leads the firm's Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy, Creditors Rights’ and Restructuring Practice Group. Myles regularly represents franchisees and has substantial experience resolving disputes for franchisees in the Quick Serve Restaurant business, including of Subway franchisees.
