Nicolas Aguado

Originally from Nicaragua, Nicolas Aguado is a skilled attorney who deeply understands the challenges immigrants face when seeking legal support in the United States. After spending part of his childhood in the U.S. with his parents, he developed a strong appreciation for American culture and the legal system. He later returned to Nicaragua, where he built a successful legal career, specializing in real estate and intellectual property law for nearly two decades. In 2013, driven by a passion to assist fellow immigrants, Nicolas returned to the U.S. and earned a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Miami School of Law. This accomplishment led to his admission to the Tennessee State Bar, where he began practicing federal immigration law. Since then, he has remained dedicated to helping clients navigate the U.S. immigration system and achieve their goals with integrity, compassion, and expertise.
