Tatyana Agarunov

Tatyana Agarunov is the founder and managing attorney of Agarunov Law Firm, P.C., a multi-practice law firm in Manhattan’s Financial District serving individuals, businesses, and healthcare providers throughout New York City, Long Island, and New Jersey since 2011. Tatyana practices across seven areas: real estate transactions (co-op and condo closings, commercial leases), entertainment law (music rights, film contracts, talent agreements, IP protection), healthcare law (HIPAA compliance, practice formation, home health agency licensing), business law (LLC formation, contracts, partnerships), family law (divorce, custody, prenuptial agreements), labor and employment, and licensing (liquor, ambulance/ambulette, business permits).
