I've practiced employment law for more than 20 years. I used to defend employers, but now I represent employees only. From this vantage point, I have some critical observations and experiences. First, your employer is likely violating California employment law. When your employer is not following the law, you should not have to pay the price. I have the knowledge and experience to understand the employer conduct that caused you to seek legal representation and other unlawful employer conduct you might never have considered. Second, I know what makes employers tick. Years of experience defending employers allows me to detect what will drive the case to resolution and push those buttons. Third, workers deserve better quality representation. I understand the difference between effective, aggressive lawyering and unproductive rancorous conduct. I won't waste time on the latter. It is my mission to protect employees against unfair pay, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination!
