Morgan Taylor Hybner

Morgan Hybner is a Houston-based family law attorney at Adams Law Firm Attorneys & Counselors, PLLC, who focuses on helping clients navigate challenging issues such as custody, possession and access, and child support with a child-centered, solution-focused approach. A sixth-generation Texan and native Houstonian, she earned her undergraduate degree in political science with a minor in Spanish business from the University of Houston and her J.D. from South Texas College of Law, where she served as president of the school’s mediation group and developed a strong commitment to resolving disputes outside the courtroom when possible.​ Hybner regularly serves as an Amicus attorney representing the best interests of children and has experience with visitation modifications, parental rights and child support, parental alienation, paternity, stepparent adoptions, grandparent rights, and cases involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services. She emphasizes detailed preparation and building trusting client relationships so families can reach tailored mediated outcomes without unnecessary trials, reserving courtroom litigation as a last resort.​ Active in the legal community, Hybner is a member of the Houston Bar Association Family Law Section, the State Bar of Texas Family Law and Child Welfare Sections, and the American Bar Association. Outside the office, she lives in the Katy/Cypress area with her husband and three children and spends her free time supporting her kids’ activities and enjoying documentaries.
