Nikki Hashemi

At Acorn Law PC, Nikki Hashemi helps clients achieve peace of mind. Nikki received her B.A. from the University of British Columbia with a Major in Political Science and an Honors Degree in Germanic Studies. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School of Los Angeles, where she was also invited to join the Moot Court. Nikki was admitted to the California Bar in 2005 and has since represented hundreds of clients in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Central and Southern District. She is admitted to all Courts within the State of California. Nikki is determined to deliver customized, creative, and effective solutions to the emotionally complex fields of estate planning, trust administration, and probate law. By creating a safe and positive environment, she takes her time to listen to and understand her clients’ needs and customizes a responsive solution. As a mother, Nikki relates to well-meaning families who are caught up in the daily grind of parenthood, and can’t find the time to address important financial matters such as executing an effective revocable trust, will, or nominating guardians for their minor children. With an empathetic and client-centered approach, Nikki's clients can expect to receive personalized one-on-one attention from an attorney.
