Joshua Weiss

I am a seasoned trial attorney and the managing member of Abbott, Weiss, Faith & Darnell, PLLC. Licensed to practice law in both Tennessee and Georgia, I have committed my career to defending individuals facing criminal charges and safeguarding their constitutional rights. Since 2011, I have focused my practice almost entirely on criminal and DUI defense, handling cases that range from misdemeanor charges to high-profile trials involving murder and sexual offenses. With over thirty jury trials conducted in both civil and criminal courts, I bring a wealth of courtroom experience to every case. I have successfully represented clients in Tennessee and Georgia state courts, as well as in federal court, and I have argued multiple appeals before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals.
