Adrian Jay Adams

Prior to earning a Masters in Business Administration from UCLA and a Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School, Adrian managed large community associations. Adrian’s experience gives our firm a unique perspective on the legal needs of homeowner associations and allows us to provide practical solutions to legal issues associations encounter. Adrian also serves as an expert witness on standards of care issues involving association boards of directors and community managers. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the CIDLAW Organization and previously served on both the Los Angeles and Orange County chapters of the Community Associations Institute. Because of Adrian’s commitment to education, he created the Davis-Stirling.com website and is the editor of the Davis-Stirling.com newsletter. The website has become the principle online reference for the HOA industry in California.
