Our Director of personal injury this week, in doing some legal research for a particular legal case had to look at some older legal text books related to a pertinent legal topic. In doing so realised, the one he was using was quite of of date. One area that is still going strong is the legal internet more particularly www.Venables.co.uk, whose website is very much a well recognised industry leader in terms of legal resources. I have been asked to make some comments on behalf of our personal Injury Director, about the site by Delia Venables who has provided much in the way of help by her hard work on making legal resources on-line available to young lawyers, Solicitors and Barristers. Basically what Delia Venables has done for the legal industry it to provide legal information on-line and make it very accessible to professionals and no professionals alike.

www.compensationlawyers.com are concerned about the findings of Lord Young’s recent report into Health and Safety law in the workplace.

Lord Young, who recently parted ways with the coalition government after he was found to be unaware of the struggle that many ordinary people in the UK faced during the recession, has proven to be out of touch once again in proclaiming that there is a growing compensation culture in the UK.

The reality is much different. There are no more claims in the UK than there were 10 years ago. The problem lies in exaggerated reports by some tabloid newspapers. There is simply no need to take any action which will allow employers to relax health and safety in the workplace, all this will result in is an increase in workplace accidents without any system whereby workers can recover compensation for time off work through injury suffered at the hands of their employer.

Despite these findings, compensationlawyers.com remain committed to helping people claim when they have been injured or have suffered personal injury through no fault of their own. To discuss a potential claim with one of our experienced legal advisors, please call 0845 539 0642 for free assistance in getting your claim on track.

When things go wrong on holiday it is clear that you need to gather evidence if you intend to make a personal injury or Holiday type claim. Perhaps you were injured on a skiing Holiday ?

When you are on holiday the fact that you have to provide evidence to make a claim is overlooked, this can cause you problems when it becomes clear that there is a claim for you to make.

When making any claim relating to a holiday it is actually very useful to collect lots of relevant paperwork.
We would advise you to collect any photographs, any invoices or receipts, even the names of a particular friends who you arefriends with or met on holiday. As much evidence is always a good plan of action if you intend to make a claim.

If you intend to make a claim for Holiday Injury compensation always gather as much evidence as possible as this will make it much easier in the long run should you wish to make a claim for any Holiday injury.

Collect your evidence and keep in a safe place you never know how vital this may be to our solicitor when he is pursuing a claim on your behalf.

The task of a personal injury solicitor is to fight for their clients rights and to help to place the claimants or clients in as good at position as is possible following a particular accident . The compensation the claimant will receive then helps them to recover the formar lifestyle that was led by then prior to the incident. What is certain is that a personal injury lawyer’s job may not give them a glamorous lifestyle that some high rollers in the banking or commercial sectors may lead, however their work makes a huge difference to an individual’s lifestyle and quality of life which in a personal injury claim the individual who has been injured is looking to receive the benefit of compensation. The work of a personal injury solicitor is varied and wide spread, their work can be from very minor RTA accidents to very difficult and complicated multiclass actions, which involve sums of large money (sometimes as much as millions of pounds) recently www.compensation lawyers.com has helped a number of its clients to regain their formar lifestyle and as such, the whole point of our service is to make sure that you get the right type of representation and access to an excellent legal . Our solicitors are the best and have been involved in some of the most high profile cases and have many years of experience behind them.

Getting the right Solicitor onto a claim for perhaps personal injury or for a road traffic crash that has caused whiplash or a traumatic injury is vital in any claim. Solicitors are specially trained over many years at University and it is this grounding that makes them able to pursue legal cases in this specialism with extreme determination and a confidence that will get the right compensation for their client.

A Solicitor by nature is highly trained to deal with the many different types of issues with which they are faced. In a personal injury claim or a very specialist Industrial disease claim for example, there will be many complicated documents to deal with or arguments that have to be made in terms of disputing an offer of compensation from the negligent party or complex drafting. It is being able to convey the circumstances and case status to the client that is of extreme importance and why this Solicitor training is so vital.
A Solictors ability to convey their thoughts in verbal form and letter writing skills are helpful to clients who at the start of a case may have no idea of how or in which way a case for compensation can be made for them.

Our first priority is to resolve the issue of liability with the other party, although he sure our panel Solicitor always endeavour to do this as quickly as possible and advise you every step of the way of your case. If you were injured in an accident it is more than likely that you will be able to claim compensation for the pain, suffering and loss of amenities which you have suffered.

In order to do this we will need to obtain a medical report from an independent medically qualified examiner or GP .

You will be provided with further information about this when you have been given the name of your chosen Solicitor.

You must however in the early stages, do what you can do to train and assist your own recovery this is called mitigating your losses. It may not always be necessary for you to visit your general practitioner, however it will more than likely assist your claim, as it will help you in your recovery and show that you have received some sort of treatment for your injuries therefore mitigating your injuries impact.
