We consider all complaints and they enable to help us improve our customer satisfaction.

Therefore all messages of dissatisfaction about any aspect of our service are treated very seriously and we are wholly dedicated to resolving matters of grievance as promptly, efficiently and reliably as possible.

If you have a complaint, please first raise this with the Claims Team on our telephone number, alternatively write to us at the Customer resolution department.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may call our Customer Resolution Department, please ask directly for this department.

If our Customer Resolution Department is unable to resolve your complaint, your final course of redress lies with the Financial Ombudsman.
